I modified this recipe from Jamie Oliver's 15 min meals. So you know it's quick and easy to prepare! However the spicy Cajun version was not so great for little fussy eaters!
Here's a dish to impress the vegetarians with! You can easily tone down the spices to appease the more fussy eaters.

Comfort food recipe but full of veggies. Kids love it and have no idea that the main ingredient is cauliflower!You can easily keep this recipe vegetarian, or add chicken or bacon.
If you are making this as a family meal for your kids, make sure you use a very milk laksa paste or very little of it. Laksa pastes can be quite hot!
Treat yourself and the family to some lam meatballs and spice up dinner a little.
Who doesn't like peanut butter! Adding peanut butter is a great way to up the protein content of the meal and add a bit of flavour to boring old chicken drumsticks.
A warming meal for those chilly nights. Also freezes well for leftovers.
Make the most of avocados when they are in season with this recipe!

No pasta needed here! Great family friendly recipe, packed full of veggies and kind on your waste line. If you have a mandolin that would be grate to use here to slice the veggies.
