Sparkle Together: A 30min express HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes at St Ninian's Church, Karori Rd. Perfect to fit in a quick session before work or getting the kids ready for school. 30mins is also the perfect length of time if you are returning to exercise after a break. You can still work as hard as you like and the exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels.

Strong Mums: A 45min class aimed at the mum who wants to run. Here we work of lifting heavy weight and improving our running strength and minimising running injuries. I design the exercises to combat some of the common running injuries that women face - hips and knees. As well as building a functional core.
I'm a pregnancy and postnatal exercise specialist and MumSafe Trainer. So if you are worried about leaking when you exercise I can give you the tools and guidance to help! My goal is to empower you and help you and help you feel confident to exercise.
