I’m someone who gives everything my best shot — whether that’s training for a race, supporting my clients, or juggling a busy family life. I love setting goals, pushing myself, and seeing what I’m capable of.
But that doesn’t mean I live on green smoothies and 5am workouts every day.
I’ve had times when I’ve struggled — especially during and after pregnancy, when stress was high and energy was low. I know how hard it can feel to make healthy choices when life is already full. That’s why I believe in taking the pressure off where you can.
For me, that means planning ahead — scheduling workouts and prepping meals so I don’t have to think about it when things get hectic. And yes, I absolutely leave room for chocolate.
I’m here to help women find what works for them — not just physically, but in a way that fits into real life.

I’ve competed at the highest levels of age group triathlon, representing New Zealand at the Ironman World Championships in Kona and racing at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Taupo. Now I help other women feel strong and confident in their bodies and reach their goals.
As an accredited MumSafe™ Trainer, I have additional specialist training in postpartum recovery and pelvic floor–aware programming. That foundation underpins all of my coaching — because performance should never come at the expense of long-term health.
