I’m someone who gives everything my best shot — whether that’s training for a race, supporting my clients, or juggling a busy family life. I love setting goals, pushing myself, and seeing what I’m capable of.
But that doesn’t mean I live on green smoothies and 5am workouts every day.
I’ve had times when I’ve struggled — especially during and after pregnancy, when stress was high and energy was low. I know how hard it can feel to make healthy choices when life is already full. That’s why I believe in taking the pressure off where you can.
For me, that means planning ahead — scheduling workouts and prepping meals so I don’t have to think about it when things get hectic. And yes, I absolutely leave room for chocolate.
I’m here to help women find what works for them — not just physically, but in a way that fits into real life.
