Kia ora, I'm Sierra!

I'm the founder and coach of Sparkle Fitness. As an accredited MumSafe™ Trainer, I specialise in helping mums safely return to fitness after pregnancy and birth. Having been through my own postpartum journey, I know how important it is to rebuild strength from the inside out.

My mission is to create a place where women have access to the information that applies to them, and empower them to achieve their goals!
