What to Expect

Stay local for the long weekend: 

DAY 1

  • 8am: Welcome and Training to Your Cycle Seminar

  • 9:00am: Swim and video analysis

  • 10:30am: Running drills and analysis

  • 3pm: Afternoon long run

  • 5pm: Post run drink

DAY 2

  • Morning: Long ride: Location TBA

  • Post ride lunch

  • Afternoon: Workshop: Pelvic Floor and Transverse Abdominis Activation

  • Yoga class: Stretch and mobilise

DAY 3

  • Morning: Nutrition for women

  • Strength class

  • Lunch: Tri Wellington Labour Day Swim

  • Post swim get together and wrap up
