About the Recipe
A slightly sweeter tasting bliss ball due to the dates. A great one to treat the kids with or have on little container ready to pop in the handbag.
1T coconut oil
1c pitted dates (soaked in boiling water)
1/3c sesame seeds
1/2c almonds or cashew nuts
1/4c sunflower seeds
1/4c pumpkin seeds
1T honey (optional)
This one is simple! Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the nuts look finely chopped and everything is well mixed.
Get a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball with your hands. Repeat.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
