Quick and easy. You can just use whatever you have lying around to have a snack in no time!
Ingredients
2-3 rice thins
cream cheese or avocado
tomato, sliced
cucumber, sliced
Preparation
Pretty self explanatory this one!
Spread the cream cheese or avocado on the rice thins. Then layer with the other toppings of your choosing.
If you want to get really fancy, top with some sliced salmon and turn it into a lunch meal.
