About the Recipe
Eat them hot or cold! Young or old! They make a perfect portable snack for the school or office lunch box.
Ingredients
coconut or other oil for greasing
2-3c par-cooked broccoli, chopped
1 1/2c grated cheese
3 eggs
1c flour
1t dried oregano
1t paprika
salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and grease a baking tray or line with baking paper.
Combine all the other ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
Roll the mixture into golf ball sized balls and place on the oven tray.
Bake for 25min or until golden brown.
You can store in the fridge in an airtight container for 5 days or in the freezer.
