About the Recipe
The best thing about this recipe is that you can make it the night before in a jar, wack a lid on and take it to work. You definitely have time for breakfast with this recipe!
1/4-1/2 c rolled oats
1T chia seeds
2T peanut butter
2T plain yoghurt
1/2 c milk of your choice
1/2 banana, sliced
cinnamon and coconut to sprinkle on top
In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and yoghurt.
Get your jar and add the porridge in first. Next, layer the chia seeds. These are optional and are a nice to have, but the recipe works without them.
Add the peanut butter mixture and add a layer of sliced banana. To finish, sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut.
Add your milk (and add more milk if you added more oats), put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight.
