About the Recipe
Here is something special just for you! Although I never get away with not sharing my smoothie with my daughter! Pop this smoothie in a jar and you have a portable breakfast!
1/2 banana (I keep some in the freezer for smoothies)
1/2c coconut cream/milk (can use canned)
1/4 avocado (makes it thick and creamy)
ice cubes if you want to make it colder
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
As optional extras you can also add a scope of protein powder or a tablespoon of peanut butter.
