Coconut and blueberry smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 banana (I keep some in the freezer for smoothies)
1c water
1/2c coconut cream/milk (can use canned)
1/4 avocado (makes it thick and creamy)
1/4-1/2c blueberries
ice cubes if you want to make it colder

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
As optional extras you can also add a scope of protein powder or a tablespoon of peanut butter.
Serves 1
