I'm a also a mum who understands how busy life gets!

I create running and triathlon programmes for women. My aim is to help women training effectively without leaking. I empower my clients to work with their bodies!
​
My plans include options to train with your menstrual cycle and options to tailor plans to your individual needs.
​
I also offer group classes and 1-1 strength and conditioning sessions at my Karori Studio.
​
Whether you are starting out or aiming for a marathon or Ironman, I have an option for you.

Launching my Run Club!
Consistency is the key to any training and that is why that is at the forefront of this free Club!
That is why I'm launching a weekly run club for the Working Woman. All abilities are welcome! The only requirement is that you want to run!
We will run every Thursday lunchtime from Lorna Jane on Lambton Quay, Wellington.
Meet there ready for a 12:30pm start. The run itself will be about 45mins.
There is no cost to join this club but there are benefits to doing so. Lorna Jane are supporting the Club by offering 25% to all those who sign up! What a great incentive to get running!
