Service Description

This is a fun 30 min class at St Ninian's Church - Karori Rd. The style of exercises will be focused on getting our heart rate up and working for short periods of time. There will be a mix of body weight exercises and cardio exercises. Pricing is as follows: - $20 weekly attended (once per week) or $30 weekly for unlimited attendance (plus processing fee of $1); - $25 per class for casual attendance.
