Service Description

This is a fun 30 min class at St Ninian's Church - Karori Rd. The style of exercises will be focused on getting our heart rate up and working for short periods of time. There will be a mix of body weight exercises and cardio exercises. Pricing is as follows: - $20 weekly attended (once per week) or $30 weekly for unlimited attendance (plus processing fee of $1); - $25 per class for casual attendance. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within this time will be charged the full session fee. If you are on a free trial session and cancel within 24 hours then you forfeit your free trial.
